something new
Saturday, April 28th, 2007Well I have been back on track for about a week now after a long week of work without being able to hit the gym. I have been trying to figure out what I am doing with my body. I want to gain mass, but all this eating and lifting is making me fat in the gut. I want to run to keep the gut down but then again I dont want to sacrafice my calories im taking in to put on mass. Tonight I just did a light chest workout, light back work out calves and a 10 minute jog. Didnt get to make it to the gym until really late and I was pretty exhausted so I couldn’t do too much heavy lifting. Its night’s like tonight that suck extremly bad. Its hard enough being away from my beautiful wife and 2 beautiful kids, but the one thing that keeps me going is body building. When I have to change my reutine it messes things up for my mind and my body. but what can I do, when your in the desert you dont get many choices on when you can go to the gym, I am lucky I can go at all. I thank God every day for the opportunity to lift weights, and for another day gone by taking me close to my family again. For any one who might read this and feel like giving up on their goals, just remember that it could be worse, look at what you really have and cherish it. Every one have a great day!
