getting started
Sunday, March 25th, 2007This is about my 2nd or 3rd week of lifting, the first week and a half was just trying to get back into some kind of shape. Now I am working toward my goals of gaining mass. I have been on cell tech and nitro tech (both the new hardcore) for almost 2 weeks now. I have started noticing slight improvments in strength and size so far, and hope to continure on this. In about 4 more weeks I should be back with an update.
