			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Its very exciting to finally see changes happening.&nbsp; In May I really started to step it up with my exercise, I joined Kickboxing, pilates and began going to the gym daily.&nbsp; The beginning of August I was 2 sizes smaller and feeling great.&nbsp; I found this website and began posting, but really felt behind the curve in knowledge.&nbsp; Steve78&nbsp; took me under his wing and provided me with some exercise routines and nutritional advice.&nbsp; I told him I dont lose weight and it would be a struggle.&nbsp; He stuck with me, my whining, complaining and just stayed steady.&nbsp; In November he said okay we have hit the magic 7 week mark and changes should happen.&nbsp; I doubted it, laughed and just continued doing what he told me to do.&nbsp; I figured my body was just loving the 170&#8217;s and I was not meant to be less than that.&nbsp; Well this week I weighed in at 158.5 and I must say that I would have given up long ago if it weren&#8217;t for his support and advice.&nbsp; I feel like I have learned a lot about how to eat with out being hungry or craving things.&nbsp; I have also been given advice about supplements and of course the weight lifting and HIIT cardio.&nbsp; I love this website and all the friends I have made.&nbsp; I have also learned quite a bit about myself, who I am and what I can do.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
My next goal is less than losing 70 pounds but I am sure it will be just as demanding and rewarding in the end.&nbsp; 140 here I come.&nbsp; Haha thats only 18.5 pounds, looking back, thats nothing&#8230;<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok so I haven&#8217;t ever done this before so its a little weird for me.&nbsp; I have been on here for awhile and made some really neat connections with people that have great advice.&nbsp; I have posted some of the better of my progress pictures and its very inspirational to see the difference I am making.&nbsp; I must say that at times I just sit and look amazed that it is even me in the picture.&nbsp; Then I get comments that just make me smile, thank you so much for supporting me in my journey. I am becoming whole new person with more and more interests.&nbsp; I started walking this treacherous hill during break with a friend, I would never have tried it before.&nbsp; Its really great to have the confidence to try and then succeed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>So today I went to the gym at 6AM, since it was raining the hill was not a great idea.&nbsp; I considered going back to bed but instead I walked out the door into the freezing cold wind and into the gym.&nbsp; There was hardly anyone there, I mean maybe 10 people total.&nbsp; I wondered if that made me smart or silly since this is my only 2 weeks off till summer, everyone else is probably snuggled up nice and warm.&nbsp; Anyway, off to the treadmill for my mile warm up and then to my shoulders I go.&nbsp; I had a hard time doing the 4 sets and thought about 3 instead but did my 4 like a good girl.&nbsp; I love my work out, not boring and always on the move.&nbsp; Then to my abs, I must say they are my favorite.&nbsp; I am usually pretty exhausted by the time I am mid way but when I am done, I feel fantastic.&nbsp; I have really made the gym my home, I used to feel like everyone was staring at me, now they nod and move on.&nbsp; very nice.&nbsp; I even find myself wondering where they are when they dont show up, nameless but missed, lol.&nbsp; Then when I got home the kids were still snuggled up in bed so I ate something small and snuggled up with them. lol what an awesome day this will be
