When did the gym become a hotel room?

OK, YESTERDAY I WAS BLASTING MY CHEST WITH ONE OF MY MOST INTENSE WORKOUTS THIS YEAR ONLY TO BE BOMBARDED WITH A BUNCH OF TEENAGERS HOGGING ALL THE GOOD EQUIPMENT SO THEY COULD MAKE OUT WITH ONE ANOTHER. WHAT THE F@$!. I WAS SO PISSED ABOUT THIS I WENT UP TO THE PUNKS AND TOLD THEM THEY NEEDED TO LIFT OR GET OUT OF THE WAY! THIS KID, WEIGHING ALL OF ABOUT 150 POUNDS DECIDED HE WAS GOING TO TRY AND ACT TOUGH IN FRONT OF HIS GIRL AND TRY TO PUNK ME. NOW HERE IS THE THING WITH ME, I AM A PRETTY NICE GUY BUT IF YOU PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME I AM GOING TO BREAK YOU IN HALF. FOR SOME REASON HE DECIDED IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO POKE ME IN THE CHEST, PROBABLY THINKING HE WAS SAFE BECAUSE WE WERE IN PUBLIC. AFTER WARNING HIM A COUPLE TIMES NOT TO TOUCH ME, I SIMPLY SLAMMED HIM TO THE GROUND AND TOLD ONE OF MY BUDDIES TO GET THE MANAGER. LUCKILY THERE WERE PLENTY OF WITNESSES TO SAY THAT I ASKED THE PUNK NOT TO TOUCH ME AND NO CHARGES WERE FILED BUT ALL I WAS THINKING WAS WHERE DID ALL THE GOOD GYMS GO. I WORK ALL DAY AND AT NIGHT I LOOK AT THE GYM AS MY FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE. I DON’T WANT TO WATCH A BUNCH OF KIDS "GETTING IT ON" WHERE I AM ABOUT TO THROW SOME STEEL! SO TO ALL YOU PUNKS THAT THINK THE GYM IS THE NEW MAKE OUT SPOT, THERE ARE GUYS LIKE ME THAT WILL BE QUICK TO SAY WE DON’T WANT YOUR KIND HERE AND IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO LEAVE NOW!

I AM SO TIRED OF HEARING PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THE SCREAMERS IN A GYM. WHO CARES!!!! I KNOW I DON’T, AS A MATTER OF FACT I LOVE IT WHEN PEOPLE PUSH THERE BODY’S SO FAR THAT THE ONLY WAY TO GET ANY RELEASE FROM THE PAIN IS TO SCREAM. WHETHER YOU ARE LIFTING 50 POUNDS OR 500 ITS ALL RELATIVE TO THE STRENGTH OF THE PERSON. I AM LUCKY, IN SO THAT THE GYM I TRAIN AT HAS ALOT OF SERIOUS LIFTERS AND WE ALL SCREAM. IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT BUY SOME HEADPHONES. NOW, AN ISSUE THAT I WANT TO ADDRESS IS TO ALL THE GUYS OUT THERE THAT FEEL IT IS NECESSARY TO BUY AN UNDER ARMOUR SPANDEX SHIRT (4 SIZES TOO SMALL OF COURSE) AND WHERE IT TO THE GYM FROM DAY ONE OF THEIR WORK OUT. IT IS GROSS!!!!! I COMMEND YOU ON DECIDING TO NO LONGER BE A COUOCH POTATO BUT SAVE YOURSELF 50 BUCKS AND BUY SOME HEALTH FOOD. DO THIS UNTIL YOU HAVE REACHED A PHYSIQUE THAT CAN ATLEAST FIT INTO ONE OF THOSE SHIRTS. HERE IS AN IDEA! TAKE AN OLD T-SHIRT AND CUT THE SLEEVES OFF, SEE, WASN’T THAT EASIER AND MORE FLATTERING. ALSO, IF YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE GUYS THAT THINKS HE IS A BOXER OR MMA FIGHTER AND IS BLOCKING MY WHEIGHTS SO YOU CAN SHADOW BOX, STOP, OR I AM GOING TO KICK YOU IN THE NUTS AND SHOVE YOU TO THE SIDE. YOU LOOK RIDICULOUS! IF THIS BLOG UPSET YOU, OH WELL LEAVE ME A COMMENT AND I WILL IGNORE YOU!

OMG OMNEVOL!

So I have been on OMNEVOL for about 2 weeks now and let me tell you, this stuff kicks butt. I have put on about 10 pounds of lean mass and still have 2 weeks to go on my cycle. My strength has shot through the roof and I see no ceiling in sight. This stuff is a bit hard on my kidneys, but I am drinking double my water and that problem quickly dissipated. I will be posting some more pics here soon, and you can deffinitley see the difference two weeks make. I hope all of you are kicking butt and taking names.

 I know what I will do for that last rep, what will you do?

I LOVE THIS SPORT!

I aboslutely love the sport of bodybuilding. I love the way it makes me feel and look. I love the stares I get when I am in the gym pushing some serious steel. I love the fact that in a nation of fat A$$eS WE STAND OUT AS THE MINORITY. I really love it when someone new to the sport asks me for advice or "what type of cycle do you use?" I am a body builder, I might not have the build of the guys that are on cycles but everyday I am at the gym, rain or shine, trying to beat my personal best lifts. I love it when I take my shirt off after a grueling back workout and the veins in my lats are poppping out and my wife tells me, "That’s so gross." I love this sport and all who endure the ups and downs that goes along with it.

I know what I will do for that final rep, what are you willing to do?

MY WIFE AND I JUST FOUND OUT THAT WE ARE GOING TO BE HAVING A BABY BOY! AFTER THE LOSS OF OUR FIRST SON I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE ABLE TO RECOVE BUT PORTER SENT DAYTON TO US AND WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I AM NOW MORE DRIVEN THAN EVER TO HIT THE WHEIGHTS AND GET IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE. I WILL WRITE ANOTHER POST AGAIN LATER THIS AFTERNOON WITH SOME MOTIVATIONAL SH!T BUT FOR NOW I WANTED TO LET ALL MY FELLOW STEEL PUSHERS KNOW THE GOOD NEWS.

SO DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT A GOOD TRAINING PARTNER IS. IT IS SOMEONE THAT PUSHES YOU TO YOUR ABSOLUTE LIMITS AND WON’T LET YOU STOP TILL THEY ARE PRACTICALLY LIFTING THE WHEIGHT FOR YOU. THESE PARTNERS ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN BUT OVER MY TRAVELS I HAVE MET A COUPLE. ONE DAY MYSELF AND A SERIOUS DEADLIFTER ,WE ARE GOING TO CALL JOE, WERE MAKING OUT ON A SERIOUS BACK DAY. WE WERE DOING EVERY BACK EXERCISE KNOWN TO MAN AND BY THE TIME WE CAME TO OUR LAST EXERCISE, DEADLIFT, I WAS SPENT. WE STARTED RACKING UP THE WHEIGHT AND BY THE TIME WE GOT TO OUR FIFTH AND FINAL SET WE WRE DOING 405 FOR REPS OF 6-8. OUR FINAL SET WAS FOR 500 FOR TWO AND I GUESS JOE COULD SEE THE SHEAR TERROR IN MY EYES. AS I APPROACH THE BAR JOE IS SCREAMING FOR ME TO "LIFT THAT SH!@ OFF THE GROUND. HE THEN LOOKS ME DEAD IN MY EYES AND SAYS GO AHEAD AND CRAP YOURPANTS I WON’T TELL. NOW THAT IS A TRAINING PARTNER. I GOT SO JAZZED BY HIS DESIRE FOR ME TO LIFT THE WHEIGHT THAT I DID 5 REPS INSTEAD OF 4. TRAINING PARTNERS CANE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SMASHING THROUGH A PLATEAU OR JUST BECOMING ANOTHER AVERAGE JOE. SO IF YOU ARE SOMEONES PARTNER AND THEY ARE BEGINING TO FALTER, JUST LOOK THEM IN THE EYES AND TELL THEM IT’S OK IF THEY CRAP THEIR PANTS CUZ YOU WON’T TELL.

EVERYDAY I HEAR REASONS WHY PEOPLE DON’T WORK OUT. EXCUSES LIKE, "I’M TIRED CUZ I’VE HAD A LONG DAY", OR "I DON’T FEEL GOOD." CRAPPY EXCUSES ARE JUST THAT CRAP AND I AM TIRED OF HEARING THEM. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT THE LAST YEAR OF MY LIFE HAS BEEN LIKE. I WAS DEPLOYED TWICE TO THE MIDDLE EAST, SENT TO ANOTHER C-SCHOOL, SENT TO CAMP LEJUNE TO PREP FOR MY FOURTH TOUR WHEN IN AUGUST I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM MY WIFE SCREAMING THAT OUR TWO YEAR OLD SON HAD JUST BEEN KILLED BY THE BABYSITTER. I WORK 14-16 HR DAYS FOR MILITARY PAY WHICH EQUATES TO ABOUT 1.79 AN HR. I DRIVE AN HOUR IN TRAFFIC TO AND FROM WORK, I HAVE TWO KIDS AT HOME AND A FAMILY TO TAKE CARE OF. SO MANY OF YOU WOULD SAY THAT I HAVE PLENTY OF EXCUSES NOT TO GO TO THE GYM BUT I REFUSE NOT TO BECAUSE THE TRUE TEST OF A MANS METTLE IS IN HIS DESIRE TO SUCCEED AND SEE THE PEOPLE AROUND HIM SUCCEED. I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO HELP ALL THE PEOPLE I CAN REACH THEIR GOALS BUT I WON’T ACCEPT EXCUSES. YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY WANT TO BE BIGGER AND STRONGER THAN THE NEXT GUY. IT’S EASY TO SAY THAT YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE A CHANGE BUT IT ACTUALLY TAKES COURAGE TO ADJUST YOUR LIFE THAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOAL. WE CAN DO THIS PEOPLE. WE DON’T HAVE TO CONTINUE BEING THE FATTEST NATION IN THE WORLD. I AM READY FOR THE CHALLENGE, ARE YOU? I KNOW WHAT I AM WILLING TO DO FOR THAT LAST REP, WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO? 900-1/2 CUP BROWN RICE/ 3 EXTRA LARGE BEEF ANCHILADAS

TOTAL WATER CONSUMPTION THROUGHOUT DAY WAS 1.5 GALLONS.

TO ALL MY NATURAL FREAKS!

I am getting ready to head to the gym but before I do I want to address some of the hipocracy I see on a daily basis. I applaude all persons who hit the gym day in and day out, but don’t claim to be a "natural freak" when we both know some…alot of you out there spend more money on roids than you do on your rent. Once again I am not hating on you for using an edge to push your body to its natural limits but dont have a photo with clear indentions (obvious indicatior of injection site) and claim to be natraul in the same breath cuz it pisses me off. I train day in and out NATURALLY and I still consider myself to be a freak. I love this sport and all who participate so please be honest with yourself.. you use roids and thats ok but not NATURAL.
