Muscle milk light and lactose intolerance

I would like to know if anyone with lactose intolerance is using muscle milk light. I would like to purchase it but am afraid that I may not be able to use it.

All replies on this question are more than welcome.

Actually Muscle Milk does cause any problems and I’m not a milk person. You should be good. I would suggest you get a single pre-made bottle, or if you choose to use the powder, something you can make with water.

I have never used Muscle Milk, but any good whey isolate protein should be pretty much lactose-free. I am lactose intolerant myself, and have used Optimum Nutrition, Nature’s Best (Isopure) and Labrada protein with no problem. Liquid Beef Aminos are also good if you have the extra money to spend.
