Muscle milk light and lactose intolerance

I would like to know if anyone with lactose intolerance is using muscle milk light. I would like to purchase it but am afraid that I may not be able to use it.

Sick

April 11, 2009

Am having a high fever and still dragged myself to the gym this morning. Was there for an hour and had such trouble lifting weights or doing cardio. I feel like shit.

Went back home took a shower and am in bed. Only my son asked me how I was doing? My husband did not, but than again what can you expect. Last night he said I would go to hell and not heaven. I think he jinxed me. I hopefully feel better tomorrow and pick the schedule back up again.

Misconception

Can you believe it? I went earlier to work out because I wanted to avoid the elderly and yapping in the gym.

It worked against me. I somehow work harder when they are there. They seem to be a drive to go deeper and harder.

Tomorrow back to my old schedule time. I am working on this new work out schedule, it seems to work, not that I see already any results. But I have more muscles than I thought and all of them are complaining. It is especially nasty at night, I can’t sleep from the muscle pain and wake up at 5 and stare at the ceiling. The only one who wakes up with me is the cat. LOL. Don’t you feel sorry for me.

Seek place to sell work out set

Hi, we have a work out bench etc. at home and I need to sell it. It is to big for our current place and we need the space. I always work out outside of the home and I don’t believe hubby will use it….in the near future. I do have pictures and was looking online for a place to sell it. Does anybody have any tips for me? Thanks.

Not nasty but serious

Please if you add me as friend to your huge collection of babes, DON’T.
I am extremely serious about my goals and work out regimen. I seek support and did find it in the more serious members.

And no I am not nasty and did get laid.

I became a member of this website to seek likeminded people, this does not mean that I don’t talk about private stuff but I am not here to hook up, share my naked pics or see work out schedules that do not match the pictures of you. Believe me if you did what you wrote on your profile you would look ‘different’.

Now on to the more pleasurable side of this site. I worked out today with my son, needless to say it was not so good for me but extremely well for him. We had a nice mother and son day and he seems to understand why I like it so much. He is big for his age and does 10 good push ups without blinking. I am proud of him.

He feels he needs shakes as well, so I made him a smoothie and told him that it was made specifically for him to grow more muscles. A good lie can take you far. LOL.

I had a bad day with motivation this week and due to the support of many on this site I got back on track and am even more than ever ready to reach my goals.

Did the leg exercises today (thanks litlebit) and afterwards some hard cardio. I did hear the encouragement in my head from many of you and some I would like to thank by name,  lewhitehurst, justa sarge, fat ryan, traps33 and ninjabill. Without your support I would not have been able to pick myself up so quickly and feel strong and focussed again.

I AM BACK!

Am I selfish?

My husband, after a break of 4 years wanted to get into working out and asked me to train with him. He wants to do cross training. I went along but it means taking a step back. I did it but secretly I am pissed. I asked him to work out for years now and now that I have my own routine, lose weight, gain strength and am in this complete state of mind to get it done he interferes. Am I selfish to think that. Like now he is sore, I always feel you have to work through soreness, he decides to take the day off, it is only his second day. After the cross training yesterday I still went to the gym to do the cardio. And I will pick up my own training today again, only god knows when he will pick up again. Should I have told him that I can’t help him that he has to do it on it’s own or was my decision right and start all over again?

Welcome pain!

I just got back from the gym and took a shower. It may sound strange but what I like the most from working out besides the results of course is the pain. I love that deep muscle pain. Not so much in an erotic way but a feeling I welcome and almost treasure.

I do wonder if more people that work out have that same feeling and what they call it.
