I am finally feeling better… Was put on a med that made me gain more weight but I only have one more week on it and then I can start really blasting fat! LOL. It was recently my birthday and was down because a few friends did not find the time to call or anything? But that makes me want to work harder in the gym!!

Since my competition in March in Buffalo, NY I have had a lot of problems with my stomach and have been prone to colds! It stinks because I really want to hit the gym hard so when I diet I won’t be as bad with losing muscle. Unfortunately being nauseous and having sore throats, ear infections and a staph infection have not allowed me to hit the gym as much as I would like! But finally things are looking up. I will be posting some new stats and hopefully next months will be good. My bodyfat had gone up a lot…. NOT good!

I have posted new stats as of the 4th of July. I have gained a little all over. I am tring to increase the upper body but from what I have read the upper body is harder to build because the muscles are smaller. Well I have been lifting heavier nad tomorrow is going to be a long day… I have to combine two days workouts, legs and shoulders! I would like to compete in May but I will see how things pan out and how money issues are.

Tomorrow I will post new stats. I have gained a little weight and body fat, but also gained some inches on thighs and arms! I am happy with progress so far!

I have tried eating less breads and pasta and more fruits and veggies. I have gone back down to the bodyfat % that I was at competition time but am up to about 115 pounds. I started back to the gym Thursday to do legs and shoulders. I am still sore from that workout and can barely walk. I did back and bis yesterday and they are both sore too! I cant wait to put on some muscle! Any suggestions for drug free figure competitior to put on some muscle?

Well it has been a little bit since my last blog! I have only gained 4 pounds since my competition and only gained 1% body fat. I am able to hit the gym again next week. I had a severe pull of my pec muscle and havent been able to go to the gym.

I am so exhuasted and sore! I did not place in this competition which I was quite angry with at first but I really gained a bunch of friends. It really was a blast! Posted some of the pictures up here but others are on my facebook and myspace. Just sent me a message, because both are private, and I can send youa friend request to check out the other competitiors. Let me know what you think of my pictures and be honest about my posing. I know I need to flex lats more. One thing I will be working on during the off season. Good luck to those ho are still going!

It is now the Tuesday before my competition. I am looking leaner and losing bodyfat and weight slowly. This last few days are very strict! I have been drinking tons of water! Practicing posing and walking in the heels. I have to pack my bags but know what I want to bring. I have my best friend going with me! Also, my personal trainer and the trainer at the gym i go to are both competing in master’s in the same comp. I think it is great we will have each other! Wish me luck!

It has been a tough weekend! I had to leave work early yesterday because I had a wake to go to. It was depressing and I had to realy focus so I did not cheat on my diet! I didSaturday and had 2 cookies. I am more focused now that the wake is over and I can focus on the competition. I seem to be more focused after yesterday! I am looking forward to the competition this year! I have not lost any weight the past three weeks or any bodyfat!? I was upset about that at first but I know it happens so… I know I still look good even though it may not be what I want to be.

I am going crazy with the low carbs. Only one day this week where i have carbs at lunch all other days carbs are breakfast. My weight has not gone down from last time, but bodyfat is down to 16.5. Not bad for me. I can’t wait forthis competition to be over I am kind of thinking of not doing it any more. It is so much money and I really do not have the money to tak off work all the time and to pay all the fees. I enjoy working out but not sure if this is what I will be doing in the long run.
