Well it has been a little bit since my last blog! I have only gained 4 pounds since my competition and only gained 1% body fat. I am able to hit the gym again next week. I had a severe pull of my pec muscle and havent been able to go to the gym.

Keep pushing hard. The weight gain wasn’t that significant so obviously you still ate weel while you are out.
