Tired
Saturday, April 18th, 2009I have tried eating less breads and pasta and more fruits and veggies. I have gone back down to the bodyfat % that I was at competition time but am up to about 115 pounds. I started back to the gym Thursday to do legs and shoulders. I am still sore from that workout and can barely walk. I did back and bis yesterday and they are both sore too! I cant wait to put on some muscle! Any suggestions for drug free figure competitior to put on some muscle?
