Oct 22, 2009 Food Intake

Midterm Today, was up until 4am last night.  Woke up at 11 and wrote my midterm until 4pm. By this time all I had eaten/drank was approx 4 mini halloween choc.bars (these things are my addiction I have had nearly 70 in 4 days….if anyone knows someone who can help me..please pass me their contact info) and a Monster Energy Drink (helps me focus).

When I arrived home:

.408kg of Boneless Chicken Breast (approx 100g protein: 8ounce skinless boneless chicken breast =56g protein) therefore .408kg=14.39oz and 56g/8oz =7g/oz which means 14.39×7 = 100.3g protein)

1/2 mutant mass shake 26.5g protein

1 mutant mass shake 53g protein

Total g of protein today :179.5
