I recommend the new flavour very highly. I like putting 1.5 scoops in my Steel Cut Oats - I put extra water in the oats when I cook it so it’s reallllllllly soggy (the protein then makes it very thick and delicious) - then after cooking - let it cool a bit and mix in the 1.5 scoops, which sops up the extra water. It adds some good flavour and even better good protein to breakfast. YUM!

I don’t know about you, but I work a 9-5 desk job and it can become quite a task to keep up with a 6-meal a day diet, especially when temptation is always around in the form of cakes, cookies, and other foods that aren’t going to provide you with the nutrition you need to transform your body.
The most frustrating part is having the willpower to bypass the pizza and make your low sodium tuna sandwich on your multi-grain bread for lunch. Yet, someone still has the audacity to say something to you about how you’re some sort of freak because you’ve made a choice to eat healthy. Surely, they are just poking fun, but hearing it every day can be so annoying!
What’s almost as annoying are people who are “dieting” and you see the things they eat, which you know are not “diet” foods OR they eat lean cuisines, which in my opinion are the worst thing ever to eat as the diversity of nutrition they provide is way too narrow. I shouldn’t judge because I’m no expert, but at the same time since I’m being judged – I may as well do onto others as done onto me J
Thanks for reading my rant and if you see me in the office please let me enjoy my afternoon protein shake and flax oil in peace!!
