					<description>The deadlifts are crucial to the overall strength in body, I guarantee all your lifts will go up along side with the deadlift.  It just uses everything you have in order to move the weight in that exercise...

Definitely having another person helps as well, the form is more important than anything, a lot ppl don't realize that if they are lifting incorrectly it will take that much longer for the results as oppose to doing the exercise correctly and feeling each an every contraction...  Feeln the muscle is what I'm talkn about which most just move/push the weight!
