somethings missing....got find out where my competitive edge/killer instinct went
Whats the point of me playing sports? if i'm not playing to win or not even putting up a good enough fight to satisy my competitive spirit...whats going on with me. Maybe i should take a break for a while, until i can compete to the best of my ability. Losing the people other wise i would have mopped the floor with is out of the question....no more
JOLLYS RANCHERS
JOLLY RANCHERS CANDY IS A GREAT TAG ALONG WHEN WORKING OUT WHEN THERES THE POTENTIAL FOR LOW BLOOD SUGAR FOR THOSE WHO ARE PRONE TO LOW BLOOD SUGAR.....NOW I KEEP SOME WITH ME AT WHILE AT THE GYM AND KEEPS ME FROM FAINTING...LOL
pilates/yoga combo
i have found that the combation of both is really good for toning and strenghting...fast then a regular workout at the gym using body weight. i think its my new addiction
QUESTION? VEGETARIAN VS MEATER EATER
WOULD BE HARDER BEÂ TO BE A VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN BODY BUILDER VS A MEATER EATER?
MY HUNGER INCREASES TIMES 5 WHEN I WORKOUT
ONCE I EAT AFTER A WORK...I'LL EAT SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HOLD ME OVER...BUT MY HUNGER JUST BUILDS AND BUILDS....MAN.....
HOW LONG IS TOO LONG OF A BREAK
i took a break for a few weeks....just went back to a regular work schedule..i'm glad i adapted to workout at home instead of being depend on the gym.....my eating habits werent terrible...but they were the greatest either, but i maintained the work i've already done...but it put me behind schedule...but i figure at this point no need to put a date on my progress...it will happen...so far so good...jeans are still fitting extra loose...chest and arms are nice...this yoga is is toning/cutting my gluts and thighs up really well i like it......i'm just happy for the progression...Florida here i come...
YOGA!!!!!!!
i've always wanted to try yoga its great..always good to go outside your usual routine...wow...to be continued
pushing it to the limit....
theres nothing like pushing yourself to passed what you thought was your limit. i like exceeding the expectations of me.its not about proving something to others is realizing your potential. never put limiters on yourself go for push. run passed the finish line and come back around across it a second time at a faster time....no limiters...lol

GYM CO-DEPENDENCY
i know why people gain weight after stop going to the gym, because they are so co-dependent on the gym to keep them in shape and if they didn't have the gym to go to then they wouldnt workout. thats awful. i learned from my gym being closed for the last 3 months and instead going to another gym i decided to take my workout on the road. so i've been working out at home and doing alot of cardio by running in the park and i've getting great results. so i have a new found respect for working out now. do any and everywhere as long as you do...but i will be glad when the gym reopens, because its good for those winter months when i cant run in the park, but if i get snowed in i'll be working out at home..
THIS TIME AROUND.....
when one has so many things going on sometimes it hard to do everything you want to do before becoming exhausted. so this time around i wont let my job take over my life to the point where i'm too exhausted to workout or anything. and i feel a hell of a lot better now that i have dropped those 20 plus pounds. i'm getting back to my old self. i play on sticking to it. because the bouncing back and forth between being in shape and out of shape is too stressful. So i'll take someone's advice( who will remain nameless) to make working out a lifestyle instead of a chore...If your going to do start out at a pace that good for you and not someone elses pace, as you continues you'll be able to do more just gradually....cool beans
