Back in the gym once again.
So im back in the gym again after being on the injury list for a whole 4 weeks. I had twisted both my knee and my ankle playing basketball and get this had to happen on ma Birthday. So now im back again lucky i didnt gain any weight i just lost muscle. Right now ma goal is to get down to either 19%bf or 229ibs mainly because i got a job offer that has a physical fitness requirement. so ma workouts have consisted of 30mins of jogging, low weight and high repitition weight lifting and im cutting my meals in half.
