So im back in the gym again after being on the injury list for a whole 4 weeks. I had twisted both my knee and my ankle playing basketball and get this had to happen on ma Birthday. So now im back again lucky i didnt gain any weight i just lost muscle. Right now ma goal is to get down to either 19%bf or 229ibs mainly because i got a job offer that has a physical fitness requirement. so ma workouts have consisted of 30mins of jogging, low weight and high repitition weight lifting and im cutting my meals in half.

So I been away from the gym for like 5 or six months, because of medical issues and lazyness. I gained back all of the weight i lost. I been back in the gym since jul.3 was doin 40 mins of cardio ma first week 30 min jog and 10 min up hill fast walk, with some upper and lower body lifting. Currently into my second week i have lost about 3 pounds since ma first day back. Now im doing 50 mins cardio ma second week, tryna build up to that 60 mins of cardio mainly jogging and walkin if i feel i can fit that in. My goal as of now is to lose as much as I can in 6 weeks. Its my own personal challange. Wish me luck.

So I been training Since October. I was doin the workout program a trainer gave me at ma gym. The weight circuit was too easy so after about 6 weeks of that routine. I had to up the weight on ma strength training. I did that today and man were ma arms worn out. I could barely survive my cardio routine.(50mins Elliptical) I was doin 2mins all out 2 mins cool down. Ma legs were like rubber and i felt like i came out the sauna room, because of how much i sweated. One thing thats kinda irratating the shit outta me is ma belly fat. Its stubborn as a mother ****er. How the hell do u lose it. Cause already im down 5 belt loops. Any suggestions. Oh yeah and i been eating clean for bout 1 1/2 month with the exception of turkey day.

I trained for a 3.5k for probably about 2 weeks. The 3.5 miles went by faster then i thought. There was a big turn out for the event, some people walked some people jogged. Got my first marathon tshirt and put in some sweat so I feel proud of myself.
