New Year & Back To It

Well Guys & Girls !!  Its a new year & back to training after too long off alltogether !! Went on Holiday in August & been the Gym twice since…. Lost all of my motivation & put about 1/2 stone off fat on since ( after all of my hard work ) Soooooooooooooooo Im going to make up for it NOW & Diet / eat clean & train hard. 10 Weeks to turn it around thats what im giving myself !! I will be posting my start pics later today & I will update them every two weeks or so !!

Bulking Up

Bulking up, timescale 2 months, - just got back from holiday, fantastic time….starting a bulking up cycle now, have seen mass gains but lookin for more, then need to rip down - all in 10 weeks or so….any tips or ideas from you guys and i’m all ears…
