Back and Biceps
After work i went and played some full court basketball with some friends for almost 2 hours and didn’t make it to the gym til 9. And i was feeling kinda tired, but somehow I had a great workout. All my lifts were intense and i had short resting periods but did just as many reps and sets as usual. And i felt great when i was leaving and ended up having one of the best nights of sleep i’ve had in a while.
