It has been a while since I have posted. I have had personal issues that have set me back. This coming up week I am going to get back into the routine. And get back on my Journey to a better lifestyle.

it has been a while since I have posted. I haven’t worked out in a month. a lot of personal stuff going on. But i am back on track with working out today and it felt awesome. i bought a eliptical machine and it is awesome. I am working out at home and it is great. well tomorrow is another day, keep on keeping on.

Well I am not sure how it is happeneing but I am still shedding weight. I haven’t worked out in a week due to overtime at work and my family is with me and I want to make all available time for them. I dropped .6lbs since the last time i weighed. i am down to 257.6lbs. Got some money over Christmas so I am going to buy me a treadmill and I am going to start building my gym at home. I have a 3 station cable weider machine. it has bench flys leg ext, leg press military press lat pull downs and dip and pull up assist. 400lb’s on the leg side and 200lbs on the bench side. so i will get a treadmill and if i have enough $ i will buy a bench and free weights. Yeah baby light weight!!!! On my way to the body i have always dreamed! well got to go and get ready for work. later!

Well I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. I did. I will get back into working out till after the new year. Too many things going on. But I am still dieting through the whole time.I think i even lost .4 of a lb. better than nothing. Well got to go. see ya later

Very tired today, Not much sleep. But I pushed through my workout. even though I am tired. the workout was good. I feel Good I pushed through it. My body is spent! What a feeling! Tomorrow is another day. later

Well today is an off day. Still nursing a sick kid so my morning was wrapped up in her. workout day tomorrow. I have gotten to a point now in this journey where I look forward to those days working my body over. knowing in the end it is well worth it. To have the body I will be proud of and lifetsyle I can give to my daughters. there is too many children out there that are obese and without a change in there lives it will lead to future illness’s and heaven forbid death! So if I can give them that and life longevity. take care all.

had a decent workout today, Did a total body circuit workout and I am spent. I cracked the 260lb mark(barely), I am at 259.8. Lost 15.2 lbs so far.I am more focused on measurments as of late than lbs. Because i would not mind weighing 250+ and have under 20% body fat. that would be sweet! Got to go and take a nap before i get ready for work! Tomorrow is another day, Later

I haven’t posted in a while. Not been feeling up to par and also the rest of the family is feeling under the weather. I was reading flex magazine and there was an article on beginning bodybuilding and it had a workout schedule. First 6 weeks to do a total body circuit workout and the after that go to a split workout. So i decided to change my workout up and do this, So I started that today and wow what a workout! it was Awesome! On my way to my goal to have the body and lifestyle I have always dreamed about!

I was about to go to the gym and I stepped outside and it was pretty cold this morning and I did not want to bring my little girl out in it, So i decided to workout downstairs. Did Chest, and triceps.pretty descent workout. My triceps and pecs are pretty blasted. Tomorrow is another day!

Worked out the Legs and the lower back today. I got the legs pretty good. walked up some stairs to get out of the gym and they were a little wobbly. Good sign that I worked them pretty good. Have a good day to all
