Diet:
AM- egg bagel with butter
1pm: Saladworks turkey club
4pm: wheat pasta
6pm: boiled egg & wheat roll
7pm: Chocolate Banana Cooler
11pm: 2 protein bar after gym, egg, & peanut butter
Midnight: string cheese & banana
Went to gym 10-11pm to work on chest and shoulders, it was a damned arduous business. Chest & shoulders are my weak areas.

Form the look of your diet - If you want to add extra protein and very little fat try skimmed milk, a litre is around 32gprotein and 0.1g fat as well as all the vitamins and minerals it has good carbs too, simple sugars for quick energy, near enough a complete meal in itself. The worlds population of growing babies can’t be wrong! Half a lite with each meal is near enough 100g extra protein easily, me i drink a litre per meal
