Diet:
AM- egg bagel with butter
1pm: Saladworks turkey club
4pm: wheat pasta
6pm: boiled egg & wheat roll
7pm: Chocolate Banana Cooler
11pm: 2 protein bar after gym, egg, & peanut butter
Midnight: string cheese & banana
Went to gym 10-11pm to work on chest and shoulders, it was a damned arduous business. Chest & shoulders are my weak areas.

First day of my blog, welcome to my world.
My diet today:
AM- Onion bagel with cream cheese (10g protein)
Afternoon- Chicken Patty on egg bagel (28g protein)
Evening: 3 Protein Shakes- 90g protein (One before the gym, two after the gym) & one boiled egg (6 grams protein)
I’m still fine-tuning my diet, went to the store today and picked up some things, have to eat more vegetables and fruit. I’m going to make everything over the weekend so I can take it with me during the week.
Gym routine:
I worked on my thighs and glutes today (Leg Press, Leg Curl, Leg Ext, Abductor, Adductor, Seated Calf Raise, and some other machines).
