Wrestling came to an abrupt end after two undeserved DQ’s and since than ive been lifting at home and ocasionaly with the football team andhave been getting more and more intoo doing tattoos i bought 2 guns etc.. and its picking up and turning out pretty good . Track has started and i throw the shotput between 36-43 ft wich is god for our school (best in the HS and have snce icked up lifting going into the weight room after practice my cam. is broken and due to it no pic’s have been updated ive seen some knoticable gains however nothing to where i was hopinh i would be partialy to a lot of home issues and others that have came up has sidetracked me and i must say i miss it ever part about it theres a 24hour fitness opening up and im going to check it out throw in an app. etc.. hoping it will bost everything and i will have a body i can be proud to show off (not being cocky) and when i can get pics up they will be and i apologise for not being on he threads like i used to be i will attempt to post as much as i can

its as the title sais , 2 more weeks and im done forever just like that its all gone .. i cut about 10 pounds or so for wrestling so far im pretty lean but can really define my mid section and my legs beyond what it is at the moment and my pics were flexed by the way , im trying to fill my mid section in with muscle working them 3 times a week along with my football routine when wrestlign comes i should be more defined and it was hardworking legs today with chafing going on so i pushed threw it not getting the full workout in though if you guys have any advice please feel free to chyme in at any time

Lifting has cut down to 3 times a week i know its not enough to sustain or build much of any muscle. My weight has since droped to about 192 ish i have been keeping up the high protien intake about 3.5k cal. a day holding aout 200g of protien with it (bar’s meals shakes etc..) when wrestling comes since i’m not cutting weight like last year it should be easy to eat healthy and build some more muscle up while wrestling due to the physical and resistance aspects of the sport.
Strenth wise everythign has went down but keeping bout 90 % of my gains bench i have not maxed out but its most likely about 250 ish and for the rest about the same since i can not fully max out at home and beings no one is in the gym (high school gym) and i lack a membership to the town gym i can not accuraly recalc. so when i do more acurate numbers will be posted
if anyone reads this that is going threw simmilar things please respond by advice etc..

So we maxed out for football and it went well i benched 255lbs and deadlifted 475 in the same day coming back the next to only squat 275 due to the way they (the coaching staff) want you to feet about 18in appart i did 275 with no problem bumping the weight up to 295 i went paralell with the bottom part of my leg but not with the top rendering the lift a failure causing my max to be lower than it should on the flipside of things i made it into the 1000lb club with a total of 1005lbs it should be higher but due to the low squat it is not as high the season starts next week ending the football lifting program and starting on my personal program wich up until now was meshed with football
