Just don't find a workout partner that can just as easily talk you out of going as they can into going! That's never a good thing, and weeks get missed because of it...

That is possible, but I think i have the part that is really bothering me; I want a workout partner. I have had some good ones in the past and they were always there to help past the obstacles. Plus, I had misplaced my MP3 player and music is a must for me in the gym. I think I would die without music.
I will have to look in to the routine though. You are right, it does feel a little stale. Maybe I will stay with just Decline exercises. I do not know why, but I have always loved doing Decline chest exercises. I have started doing flys at the end of my workouts to help push myself over the limit. To truly wipe out my chest muscles and make them feel like nothing.

leg exercises used to drive me up the wall - I now trick myself into leg exercises with kettlebells - its weird enough that it keeps me interested/distracted/challenged enough to persist. Maybe you need to switch up the chest exercises for variety?

workout partners are a double edged sword. They keep you motivated, because you feel guilty not going if they are going, but yet, its nice to go when you want. Just keep at it! If you need a spot alone then just ask somene, most are willing to help
