Blog Entry

Arms again tonight, Yaaaayyy, biceps are still my favorite bodypart. I do not know why but I no longer like to do chest exercises. The chest is my second favorite bodypart (of course I am a guy), but I hate to do chest exercises. Maybe because it seems so much harder to do them versus other body parts. I have no problems with my back or legs, I just do not look forward to chest day. Hmmm, maybe it is some weird neroses that I have gained. I do not know where from. Well, it is almost time to hit the gym. Voices, i will talk to you later.

leg exercises used to drive me up the wall - I now trick myself into leg exercises with kettlebells - its weird enough that it keeps me interested/distracted/challenged enough to persist. Maybe you need to switch up the chest exercises for variety?

That is possible, but I think i have the part that is really bothering me; I want a workout partner. I have had some good ones in the past and they were always there to help past the obstacles. Plus, I had misplaced my MP3 player and music is a must for me in the gym. I think I would die without music.
I will have to look in to the routine though. You are right, it does feel a little stale. Maybe I will stay with just Decline exercises. I do not know why, but I have always loved doing Decline chest exercises. I have started doing flys at the end of my workouts to help push myself over the limit. To truly wipe out my chest muscles and make them feel like nothing.
