February 8, 2007So I weighed myself yesterday upon arrival to the gym. It is the second time I have weighed myself this year. The first being the first week of Jan. My weight on that day was between 160 and 161. Last night I tipped the scales at 166! Now I am not so concerned about weight gain even if it is muscle, as much as I am losing body fat. But, if I do gain a few pounds of muscle along the way that is fine with me. At my largest (in 01′) I was tipping the scale around 185-189, but I was just trying to put on size to be able to push more weight on my bench. Now I am more focused on appearance than I am numbers.
