Leg Day are you Kidding!
Alright so I started phase three of this program I’m on today was leg day are you kidding me. The saying "squat till you puke" really was the theme for this morning. It was a rough morning tried to do cardio after didn’t work out so well. So I’m hitting cardio tonight after work yeah buddy. take care!

Hey, I hear ya. Every time I do my legs work out I feel like I am gonna puke. Alot of times I take that day off from cardio (running). You don’t want to overtrain. Maybe try a bike instead of a treadmill if you are really intent on doing the cardio.
