Day 1 Month 3
Alright today is day 1 of the 3rd month of the rock hard challenge, it absolutely killed me. started chest with high weight low reps then progressed to sets of 20 with 30 seconds rest inbetween sets. It was a killer, after 16 sets of chest and 8 sets of tri’s had to do 60 minutes of cardio. that killed my legs because stubborn me I did the stairs and it was pretty bad. anyway I have legs tomorrow along with another 60 minutes of cardio, can someone please shoot me now? Hope everyone had a great long weekend.!!

What’s the Rock Hard challenge? Lot of cardio involved in there?

Its a 3 month challenge out of Muscle and Fitness, Its a lot of carido combined with some helaicious lifting. Its a good little program to jumpstart mass gains. I’ve leaned up as well as gained mass. Thanks for the kind words I’m working on it. Goal is to have a six back by december

A lot of work, but should be worth it in the end, since you’re already showing the progress you wanted.
