I had done calves for months on a standing and sitting calf machine and the other day decided to try them on the smith machine with a step that my friend made that allows the feet to point outward and inward while lifting the weight. I did four set with my feet facing out first than in and felt this better than the other machines.

i believe in doing five sets of every routine excercise but latley i feel like five may not be enough, it seems the more i rest a muscle group the harder i can hit it and more sets seem to do the trick for me

ive read the best time to train is supposed to be in the evening and that doing cardio after lifting is better for burning fat
