					<description>Good luck with the back. I've noticed this GVT can mess you up in places you don't expect. I had lower back pain after bench and then knee pain (which I've never had) after the 100 squats, almost a DOMS thing as it takes a couple days to hurt. Hope you got some rest - I'm hitting the gym tomorrow after a rare 4 day rest.</description>

					<description>Arghh, did 10 x 10 squats today and was cursing you around set 8. Didn't take my hands off the bar until set 6, got a drink and started fighting a bloody nose, but made it - 100 reps in about 17 minutes.

Then 10x10 trap bar shrugs, which require balance, that I didn't have with fried legs. All good stuff, walking like a robot, haven't felt this good (bad) in quite awhile.</description>

I'm curling 25's also, it's quite a jump from 37.5s. I gotta do it in a gym full of people so don't feel to bad.

Glad to hear about the new tower, can't believe you went without for so long.</description>
