Back at it.

Arms and shoulders tonight. Ten by ten dips alternating with cable curls with 4 - 0 - 2- - tempo. Barely finished with tummy staying down. Shoulders still sore from chest the other night so just did a few sets of shoulders. On call again tomorrow, so off to bed now.

    Hey Tom keep at it bro. I’m off 10×10’s and doing pyramids, which I haven’t done since school. Great looking family in your AVI, everyone smiling but the dog, must be he’s not getting enough treats? Keep up the posts, I enjoy checking in and hope the toe is healing.
