Rough times
Sunday, March 18th, 2007Since I last posted I was recovering from the GI bug from hell, and then my wife had surgery with post op complications. Working out was replaced with triple duty with work, the house, and kids. I had another birthday and my 14th anniversary. Luckily my wife is feeling better and I am able to get back to working out. I have been on 4 days this last week. Diet has improved getting the calories back up with 6 -7 meals per day where I had not been able to get enough calories in when all the chaos hit. Feeling good. Worked legs on call yesterday and so the call stat this am at 5 was a bit rough taking the stairs at the hospital, but feels good to be back. I am currently on week 16 of 20 of a 20 week workout for mass in a recent M and F. I have liked it and have made good gains.
