<strong>Health and Fitness Help Online, Diabetic Fitness, Cancer Fitness, Disabled Fitness...</strong>

Are beets okay to incorporate in my diet? I absolutely love them, and my diet has been lacking excitement lately, which in turn is making it very hard for me to continue dieting! Any and all help is appreciated!...

10 weeks? Didn't realize there was so little time until the end of the year...I better get moving on my own goals!!

However, 10 weeks is a pretty significant amount of time to make huge changes... good luck with your goals :)

Yeah... I have a Zune. I have been running for the past 2 nights. I am taking my time. It is more of an interval training then anything else. I walk the first mile at around 4 mph. I then run then next lap and walk a lap and so on and so on. I do that for the next 2 miles and then walk my last mile. It takes about 50 min. or so to do.

great advice... That is exactly what I am doing. I am using my gym's indoor track and I'll be taking it slowly until I feel comfortable with it. Thanks for your reply.

Yes, running does suck, but I found that it is one of the best cardio exercises. Some may argue, but running on a treadmill is not the same as running on a surface. From my experience I suggest you take it slow. Walk and run, until you get more stamina. I suggest you dump the treadmill and hit the road. Good luck!

I noticed one of your cheat foods was McDonald's fries. Yikes!!! Don't ever go there. LOL! That stuff is pure poison man. When I pass those Golden Arches I step on the gas so they won't pull me in! Ha.

Anyway, keep focused and motivated. Sometimes that's the hardest part for me. This site helps to a certain degree but it's all up to you inside. I want it...do you? ;)

Don't get so discouraged with yourself, unless you can use it to motivate. Just think of it as a "bulk" phase. This way you'll have more muscle to show off when you lean out for summer! Good luck and keep at it. Results come to the consistent in this game.
