Continuing to change
As I continue to watch my diet more closely than I ever have before, I’m having some difficulty in increasing my cardio. I’m able to do it 4-5 times a week, but would like something more exciting than running, eliptical, treadmill, etc. So…today I started Brazilian Jiu Jitzu classes with Keith Owen. Keith is known worldwide for his teaching ability and…he worked my but off! Great way to burn calories! My weight training is still going well and continue to push myself everytime I go to the gym. Its great when the regulars come up to me and comment on how great I’m looking. So, I’m keeping on a steady path while tweeking things as I go.

Good for you on being strict on yourself and its always good to get compliments. The jiu jitzu sounds like a great change of pace as well.
