update on progress
so far i havent really noticed anything diffrent from my workouts now. except my weight did go up on some exercises. for example the arnold concentration curl. last week i was using 40’s. now im using 50’s. so i guess the t-bomb 2 and secratagogue one are working. no acne yet from the stack. and on standing barbell shoulder presses im doing 120 pounds for sets of 8. last week i was doing 110. i did notice that workouts without grits suck for me. i get almost no pump and i feel loose. its def from all the sodium pushing all the water into the muscle cells. and why is it that in front of car windows you look huge! im taking pics of me with my cell phone in front of my friends car during a workout and i literally look as big as jay cutler. i showed people at work and they either say im using steroids, or its photoshop. other than that i bought the ratt greatest hits cd. its pretty good. and ive been listening to alot of van halen during workouts now. songs like atomic punk, dirty movies, mean street, all that good stuff. last month it was mainly ac/dc.
