After the second week of getting back to lifting, I am making good progress in my training since Day 1. I have increased my weight a little bit and I'm always trying to push myself just a little more each time. I'd have to say that Arms and Shoulders day is probably my favorite day because those body parts feel the most fried after each workout. Not sure how disappointed to be for only gaining .4 lbs this week since I gained 5 last week, which was a little too much in one week. It seems that the 2 month break I took may have done me good and now I've been more motivated these past 2 weeks than I have been in a very long time. As I head into week 3, I hope to gain about 1 lb and get back to eating more like I did in week 1. Week 2 nutrition kinda sucked as far as the quantity of food I was eating and as I have figured out gaining weight is more of a marathon and not a sprint, you have to be disciplined and keep your focus on the ultimate goal.
