SO I WENT WITH A FRIEND TO HER WEEKLY BODY BOOTCAMP CLASS, IT IS PRETTY INFAMOUS IN THIS AREA AND I WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING NEW. THE CLASS WAS INTENSE AND DEFINTELY DID THE JOB. THE GROUP OF LADIES ARE EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE OF EACH OTHER AND FIGHT HARD THROUGH EACH EXERCISE. I REALLY DID ENJOY THE CLASS, JUST DON’T KNOW IF IT IS FOR ME. I LIKE VARIETY AND DIFFERENT CLASSES AND THAT IS NOT COMPLETELY OFFERED THERE. ALSO, I WANT A CHANCE TO SEE IF I CAN REACH MY GOAL ON MY OWN, WITH OUT AN OBVIOUS QUICK FIX. RIGHT NOW, I MOTIVATE ME AND NOT THE FACT THAT I SPENT 100-200 DOLLARS ON CLASSES. I KINDA LIKE THAT FEELING.

So, I tried out interval training on the treadmill yestarday. It felt great, didn’t know that I could go that long. Did 4 sets of hit sprinting and my energy was great. Will see how far it will get me to my goal.

OK, SO TODAY BEGINS MY JOURNEY OF CLEAN EATING, NOT ALL THAT UNFAMILAR TO ME. BUT YOU KNOW ITS BEEN AWHILE SINCE I HAVE SCALED DOWN LIKE THIS MUCH. SPENT ABOUT 50 BUCKS AT WALMART ON GROCERIES. (THANKS TO TOSCA RENO)
ALSO WENT TO VITAMIN SHOPPE AND PICKED UP SOME BSN LEAN DESSERT AND A PORTABLE BLENDER, A GIRL NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO EAT CLEAN ON THE RUN. PLANNED MY MEALS AROUND EVERY 2-3 HOURS, WITH MY WORKDAY. DOING PRETTY OK. PRETTY MUCH USING MOST OF TOSCA’S RECIPES, COMPLEX CARB W/ PROTEIN EVERY 2-3 HOURS
DAMN, AN E-MAIL JUST SURFACED ABOUT A SURPRISE PIZZA PARTY ON WED., HOPE I CAN RESIST THE TEMPTATION OF THE ENDLESS OFFICE FOOD BARRAGE.
I GUESS WILL SEE HOW THE REST OF THE WEEK GOES…
