I BROKE 300 LBS ON BENCH !!!

Well I finally did it. I benched 305 tonite for 2 reps !! I had a bad day and was in a shitty mood and it just fueled my fire. I didn’t have any plans of maxing tonite, it just happened. i was feeling good hitting 245 for 8 reps, then 265 for 6, and 275 for 5, I decided what the hell !! I stacked on 305 and got a spot and erked 2 out !! Just thought I would share that cuz I am stoked about it !!!

I didn’t feel like going through all the mess of going to the gym tonite, so decided to stay home and do a bicep workout. I am fired up and I’m going to give the a brutal beating !! I was kind of tired before I started, but I’m 2 sets in and hot as a firecracker !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TREN Day 5

Well shoulders and biceps was a great workout. I did legs yesterday and that was great except for my low back bugging me still. I went ahead and bought a belt. i havent worn one in a while but it seemed to give me a little more confidence in my squats. I know I felt better. The scale said 190 this morning which is good news. More posts to come !

Day 3 of TREN

Well I am feeling pretty good. I messed my lower back up yesterday doing deadlifts. I was only on a warm up set too ! I think it had something to do with me taking a nap on the couch. But, its getting better. So day 3 of the TREN cycle and I feel good. Some of the reviews talked about drying out and can’t seem to get enough water. Well I definitely am drinking more water. I was drinking around 1 gal a day, now I am probably up to 2. It seems like I am always thirsty. Maybe its all in my head I don’t know. I got on the scale tonite and I was at 185! Thats definitely  an improvement. Now I know a good bit of that is water weight, but at that rate I should be meeting my goal of 190 easy. Shoulders and biceps are tomorrow. I’ll post how it goes.

Changing it up

So I have been eating like a horse and taking my supplements and haven’t really put on any weight. It has me pretty aggravated considering how much the food and supps cost. So what do I do today ? Well I go spend more money !!! I went and bought Tren X-treme by American Cellular Labs. The reviews were great for it and the claims of gains were through the roof so I decided i would give it a shot. So this is day 1 of a 4 week cycle of it. I will keep my gains and all posted. I am cutting out some of my other supps so I can see how this stuff works without interference.

LEG WORKOUT !

I didn’t have time to write this yesterday, but I figured I would get it in here. The diet and supplement plan I am trying out for the next 4 weeks doesn’t include a preworkout like NO EXPLODE, SUPERPUMP250, ETC.. This is the first time I have trained with out one in a long time ! I am not as strong on my lifts by far, so i will say that preworkouts definitely work for me. I took a 200mg caffeine pill (OPTIMUM NUTRITION) before my workout. But this time, instead of just going through the motions I made every rep count and squeezed my quads as hard as I could, exploding from the bottom position ! Here is a rundown of what I did.

Squats- 4×10(plus warmup)

Barbell Lunges- 4×10

One-Leg Calf Raises- 4×12(plus warmup)

Superset Extensions and Seated Leg Curls- 3×15,12,12 for each exercise.

This was one of the most INTENSE leg workouts I have ever had. Needless to say I almost lost my VITARGO and protein shake I was drinking during my workout !! So just a reminder, MAKE EVERY REP COUNT !!! You might not push as much weight, but I believe you tax the muscle much more efficiently !! TRAIN HARD !!

So i got my body fat tested at the gym and it was on a scale.. It said I was 18% and i dont believe it ! So I got my caliper out and took some measurements and I came up with around 13% which sounds better to me.. So i think that will be the number I am going to go from

I havent put any weight on in the first week of this new diet, which is really surprising. Normallky i would put on atleast a couple pounds. My training day intake is around 4500 calories, and my non training is around 3600. I think i need to up my nontraining calories or atleast increase the carbs and drop a little protein and fat. I think i may be expending more than I am taking in on non training days, because of the line of work I do. I’m going to switch some stuff up and see how next week goes.

Sample training day diet

This is idea of what i eat on a training day…

6am-1 scoop of whey and a banana

6:30am-3 eggs, 3 egg whites, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 cups of oatmeal

9am-8oz of cottage cheese, 16 wheat thin crackers, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup pineapple

11:30am- 8oz of roast beef, 4 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 cup of mixed veggies

2pm- 8 oz of cottage cheese, 1 cup of oatmeal

3:30pm Preworkout- NO SHOTGUN

6pm- 2 scoop of whey,  2 of 2% milk, 1 plain bagel and 2 tbsp jelly

7pm- 8 oz top sirloin, 2 cups brown rice, 1 cup mixed veggie, 2 cups salad and 1 tbsp oil and vinegar dressing

9:30pm- 1 scoop whey, 1 cup of 2% milk, 1 cup of oatmeal

11pm bedtime- 1 cup of cottage cheese

New Diet

Well i have got serious about it. I started a new diet. I went to the grocery store and spent $125 ! I didn’t train today so i was on a low carb plan. 3600 calories but only 187g carbs !! im definitely not used to it so im a little weak. But im sticking to it.
