I am currently preparing for Fitness Atlantic at the end of April 2008. I am about 6 weeks out now. I’ve lost about 5-6lbs since beginning of February and we are about mid march right now. If I keep up this rate I do believe I should be about109lbs come competition day. I am certain that my weight gain worked out well for me this winter to help build muscle mass….hopefully I see this when I trim down more. I plan on having one more yummy cheat meal this coming weekend and then will cut out cottage cheese and condiments as well as all fruit…no more prunes (dammit!!) I will be eating way more fish in about two weeks when it gets closer to comp day!

Currently I’m having someone work on my "winter diet" to help me stay a bit lean while I am focusing on muscle. Hopefully all goes well with this. Also, I like to have an organized schedule with diet and workout programs…helps me to stay on track and not go ahead mindlessly. I’m not sure how long I’ll be on this particular diet due to the fact that I am planning a trip and would like to be leaner for it. Anyone have any insight of the time I should take between putting weight on and leaning out? I don’t want to be up and down to frequently.
