Here we go!
Monday, February 4th, 2008And we’re off!! twelve weeks out until first competition! Began my diet today which was written out by Chucksm00th, my very handsome ex-fiance…check out his page! Girls, please don’t flirt….I still have an attachment to him. so anyway, I’ll be intaking about 1600 calories daily right now and cycling my carbs. this is a low-fat diet so unfortunately I can no longer have almond butter which had become an addiction for me. So far today, things have gone extreamily well…no cravings! i have to remind myself that food is for fuel, not comfort. I can’t have a cheat meal for three whole weeks. I’m already thinking of where I would want to go since it falls on my bday!!! I want to somehow combine my fav foods all together in one meal….say a thin crust pizza for an appitizer, maybe some sliders (mini burgers), and most definitely some ice cream! cold stone or tcby or baskin robins….to be specific.
