Friday, December 7th, 2007Quickly have reached "winter weight"….who says carbs are good??? JK, I knew this would happen. I definitely noticed myself being stronger at the gym, which is great. I’m going to do this food plan to "gain muscle" until beginning of Febuary, after that I am going to slowly trim down due to the fact that I wish to enter into two competitions in the spring 2008. need to start looking for a posing suit!! any suggestions??
