Hi Guys,
This is my first Blog not sure what I am doing yet - I’ve been training for two years now and just finished my first week back in the gym (after 6 weeks off due to injury) it’s been hard but enjoyed it at the same time just hope DOMS aren’t as bad this week - anyway train hard enjoy life - TL

Ok that’s week no.2 done feeling okay DOMS not so bad this week still alittle sore (back) just taking it nice and easy over the first few week - hope to lift alittle heaver new week but not going to put it too hard still got another 10 week of this program to run so time to get where I want to be
