Fighting cravings for Junk…aka Fast Food
November 16, 2007I think the biggest thing for myself, in order to reach my goals of dropping my BF% and showing off some abs, is proper diet and nutrition. I have an extremely high metabolism, so usually I can eat whatever I want whenever I want it, but I know that it is not good. I used to eat like crap all the time. Especially fast food. Well, I’ve changed my ways. I have started to diet and eat healthier. Last night, after my workout, I usually get very hungry and I have to drive down a street with about a million different fast food joints on it. I told myself that I wouldn’t stop at any of them because it would just defeat the purpose of working out. So I fought off my cravings for Mickey D’s and drove home and made myself a protein shake
I’m taking it one day at a time and everytime I fight off a craving for bad food, it makes me feel great and its that much easier the next time.
