Word of the day is FATTISH

Another week…feel like there was not much change/progress. This week kind of bummed me out.  Men clothes your eyes for a moment…I am menstrual, and irritated about everything.  I am swollen, craved and gave into chocolate cookie cake and 3 small pieces of Pizza Hut buffet pizza.  Bummer.  So at 11 weeks, my diet sucked a little, cardio went up, lifting was ok, just felt real tired and fattish.  My new word.   Not fetish, fattish.  I have had a fattish for chocolate. Haha  Anyway, I have posted new pix on Myspace and Bodyspace, hoping for some motivation.  From today on is serious diet and training.  No more woopsies.  I will be posting my diet and exercise soon…stay tuned.  Tonight I am too tired.

The suits for sale

Diva exchange has been giving me fits, but these are my suits I am selling ont here too.

2 piece Green Foil/metallic, lots of swar.crystals, made by Sensational Suits  Fits 5′3-5′7, b/c cup with removable cups or can be added too.  The butt is a rio, very small cute cut to it!

One piece red fire sparkle stretch fabric.  rio butt, fits same heights.  No cups but can be easliy tacked in (i did them before for $10 at an alterations place).  Very sparkely and never worn!  Ready to be stoned!

Well so far so good.  Beverly International supplements and diet program seem to be working well for me.  I have said it before but i seriuosly think that the Chocolate Muscle Provider and Super Pak are going to be absolute staples in my life, wheter i am competing or not!  I feel so good on everything right now!  This week I am amping up my cardio to 30-40 min a day 5 days a week.  Keeping my carb cycling on Mondays and Thursdays where i get a 6th meal(yay!) of mostly carbs.  I am hoping to lose 5 lbs by the end of February and then reevaluate everything 8 weeks out from the show.  So far it looks like i need a tan! Ha.  I will be getting my bodyfat tested tomorrow, and then again at 8 weeks, and then 4, and then the week of the show.

Looking forward to going to the Arnold and getting motivated.  I have my first photoshoot scheduled with Herbiceps.com that weekend too, so everyone be looking on that page first of March!

I was going to post my diet and exercise routines if any one was interested…havent had any replies or comments in awhile, so not sure if i am on anyones radar!  Let me know, give me tips etc.

Training lately

Well I am training for bodybuilding this Spring, doing a show in WV on April 19 and hopefully a show in MAy in Pittsburgh.  I am using Beverly supplements and following their diet and excercise guides this time around.  Feeling real strong, hardening up, and feeling good.  Their SuperPak vitamins i think have made a huge difference in my mental state of dieting and hard training, they seem to keep me even.  I LOVE THE TASTE OF A PROTEIN DRINK.  Yes, that was me saying that LOUD!  Their chocolate muscle provider is delicious, and i hate  protein drinks.  THeir Vanilla is chuggable, but i look forward to the chocolate shakes.  My training is a 5 day split, 2 days on one off, one on, one off…rinse and repeat.  I have no back issues this time during training and plan on keeping it that way.  

I have been geting the "she’s on steroids" thing lately…so i must be looking damn good!  HAha  I take it as a compliment.   FOr all those wondering I have been contemplating trying to go Pro natural in the NGA.  Not sure if this will be the year.  I seem to be getting swamped with plans for the summer already.  Maybe next year.  We’ll see how spring training goes for the shows.

Updates…quickly

My computer died about the week of the show.  I aqm still without it…think that i may have really crashed it for good….

 

I placed 3rd in my show…and of course as i predicted…was way too muscular.    THere was no competition…i had about 30 lbs on all the girls in the show…..

 

I looked great, felt great and had fun…and have learned to embrace Bodybuilding.  I just wish there were more women bodybuilders entering the smaller shows.  I will have pics up as soon as things get straigthened out with my PC.  I have made plans to do a few early shows next year …all natural bodybuilding!!!( no more NPC shows)

Wednesday before “The Show”

Today is the last day lifting…feeling pretty good.  However had a setback with my gym on Monday while I was practicing posing.  A "member" complained that i was doing "exotic dancing in a g-string" in the areobics studio!!!  So management had to "check it out" and remind me that there is a  "PROPER GYM ATTIRE" rule…..WTF.  So i was bummed, pissed, and just really wanted to streak through the gym at that point.  I have since brushed it off as a JEALOUS comment, and guess that I should be flattered  (??).  ANyway, I am pretty proud of how I look, and I am right on target for what I thought I would look like for the show!  So win or lose…too muscular or whatever…..i am happy.  Anyone can order me a deep fried something Sat night after the show!

2.5 weeks out

I am 2.5 weeks out form my first figure show…..and still not happy with how the cutting is going.  I feel like I should have started a week or so earlier, but then again, i wont know what the final "look" will be until the morning of the show.  I am soooo ready to get this water off, i knwo it is too early.  Hopefully i wont look so bloated and watery the final week.  I can only do so much right now.  I am still training around an injured back, and time constraints on the nursery at the gym only allow for me to be in there 1.5 hours in the morning. I have to make the most of that time!!  I have been doing 2-a-days as far as cardio goes.  45 min 2X a day for 5 days last week, and attempting the same this week.  I am heart-rate/zone  training so staying between 135-140.  I was a little overtrained i guess yesterday, avergaed about 150…..so backed off the intensity today.  Still yet, I AM SEEING CHANGES IN MY PHYSIQUE!!   Very happy about my weightloss overall….and that was why i planned on training for the show in the first place.

Back in action 4 weeks out…ahhhhh FREAKOUT!

Well I am back from vacation, and the prescribed rest for my back.  I actually biked a couple of times on vacation, and visited a Gold’s Gym once near the end of the week…..I really go crazy if i can’t work out.  BUT all that aside, my back is feeling better, the car ride was the most aggravating to it.  I did pretty well with my diet last week, i did need a little cheating with the rest I guess.  I pre-mad about 80% of my meals for the week, and tried my best to choose diet friendly cheats while out to eat.  So now I feel energized, positive, and motivated.  I got my 2 piece suit the Friday before I left…and boy is it tiny!!!!  LOL.  I am looking forward to shedding some water weight and getting down to a reasonable look for the first competition.  I do plan on doing a few more shows after i get over my August first sho hump.  I will be back at the chiropractor near the end of the week, and hopefully I can work out around my injury.

Any good tips on a 2 week cutting plan will be helpful.  Things I did before the last competition (and prebaby) arent working as fast as before.  I do plan on the water loading and unloading the week of…and I know that has an amazing outcome…but feel like i look swollen…

let’s call this the 4 week FREAKOUT!!!!!!
