Another day….
Well I am really trying to get my head into things right now. I am in my 6th week of serious diet and training, and still have not seen that scale move enough! I am looking hard, and defined, but powerlifter-ish. Not that there is anything wrong with powerlifters…i just want the swollen look to go away soon! lAst week was a great week for my cardio…it was the second week that i was doing 5-6 days 40-60 min a day. So after this week, hopefully the metabolism will adjust and the weight will drop. Just hard staying focused right now for some reason. I think i need to switch gyms.

You look amazing! Your legs are out of this world girl! Been on my own diet for my very first figure comp for 8 weeks now–9 more left to go! Happy training!
