Start of 3rd and last set of GVT
Friday, May 18th, 2007This will be the last round of my 5 day a week GVT. Today starts the 3rd round, and I will be increasing my weight and keeping the reps as is. I am lo toing forward to starting my regular week splits next week. I have been feeling good on this GVT program, and decided to do atleast 2 weeks of my regular training before i start in to Phase 2 of the GVT program. The site actually suggests a 3 week phase in between…..anyway I am feeling pressed for time and weight loss. I need to up my cardio to atleast an hour a day ( i do 30 -40 minutes 4x a week) The weight is coming off. I am on Day 40 of my diet and have lost over 7 lbs. I need to lose 5.5 more to hit my first goal. I am hoping to get there within the next 3 weeks. This is all weight that i never want to see again, so i am really not considering part of my Competition cutting Anyone who has done a show can tell you the difference.
Wish me luck on the getting rid of the next 5.
