Diet Day 11
Thursday, April 19th, 2007Today is day 11 of "THE DIET" and so far everything is going well. I eat every 3 hours or when hungry. I dont take any protein drinks, I just cant stand them, so as with my last precontest diet, I have to EAT the protein. Breakfast lunch and dinner and one "snack" are high protein, and my in between meals are South Beach PB Bars (10g protein, 4g fiber, 140 calories) or FiberOne BArs (9g fiber, 2g protein 120 cal). I am limiting my carbs, but by no means cutting them out. I will save that fun stuff for about another 4 weeks. (at about 10-11 weeks out form competition)
If only i had a dietician and a chef….and a personal grocery shopper…..all who lives under roof and met with each other, and all i had to do was bring a fork to the table!
