Eating & Lifting for mass day 2

30 min prior to breakfast - nitrix/30mg prop

Breakfast - 4 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 3 slices turkey, 1 hashbrown, 2 pancakes, 1 glass orange juice 30g protein

Mid morning snack- 2 scopes of truemass/ 1 scope celltech 33grams protein

1 serv nitrix/50mg hem

Lunch- lamb chops, beef stew, rice, brocoli, carrots, 30 grams protein

30mg prop 

mid afternoon snack- 1 can tuna 19 grams protein

pre-workout snack- Boost enerygy drink  & 2 seving BCAA’S 15 grams protien

CHEST & TRI’s (work out) 20min cardio

post workout shake- 2 scoops gold standard 100%whey with 1 scoop Celltech & 2 servings BCAA’s

Dinner- 2 servings baked salmon, salad, fries, multivit
