Somebody Please Help
What is the secret to losing weight!!!! I ve been doing cardio evry morning, lifting weight 4 times a week and eat pretty well and havent lose any weight or body fat. My diet mainly consist of chicken, turkey, salads and all types of fruits. But on the brighter side today i worked out my back today (Ya!!!!) and I am exicited about school reopening because I am finally going to be a JUNIOR in college; I am actually going to a new college(UCF) and face it I MISS school ( i know I am Nerd) but when finals come up, I will be crying for school to be over!!{LOL}
