Back in Oct of 2010 I weighed in at 204lbs. During this period I was deployed in Afganistan. All I did was work out, day in and day out! I thought I was makeing progress I was ganing muscle and weight. But it isnt intill almost a year later that I look back at my pictures and see how un healthy and un happy I was. I look at myself now at 169lbs and I feel amazing. Its less stress on my joints I can run more and I feel comfortable all around. So it just goes to show there is no outline of healthy, its what ever you feel comfortable with. Weither you are 200lbs or 115lbs it is up to you to find your happy medium!
