Do any actually work? I think I need a little supplemental pump. I am drinking water like crazy and eating clean, working out 4-5x a week but can’t drop these 8 lbs, go up and down 1 lb! HELP!
Worked out hard last night - did legs at the gym and 1 hr of cardio. Prepared some good meals to take to work. I’m keeping my fingers crossed these 8 lbs come off quickly and my body starts to tighten up!
