May 5, 2007i am pretty new at this and although I know how to eat, what to eat, and even when to eat, i mess up my eating habits at least twice a week. there are days when i’m just hungry all of the time. They arent even cravings, just hunger and no matter what I eat I dont feel satisfied. How do you keep a good diet all the time? this is very frustrating
